INSTRUCTORS

Collena Hope - Sales Class

Collena Hope brings almost 21 years of extensive experience helping people buy and sell homes, negotiating short sales, property management, and investments. She opened her own Realty in 2017, a Delaware-based company, and will become one of the fastest-growing real estate companies. Her knowledge includes both residential and some commercial real estate, manufactured/mobile homes, and rentals. Her personal philosophy can be summed up in one simple phrase, “I believe success comes from knowing you have exceeded your client’s expectations.” “My client’s happiness with my service during the buying or selling of a home is of the utmost importance to me. I am not just a real estate Owner/Broker. I am the person who will be there to help you and your family in all aspects of home buying or selling. I will always strive to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Most importantly, I will deliver results that will surpass your expectations.” Collena is a native of Sussex County and familiar with all areas of Delaware, Maryland, and Georgia. She decided many years ago that she wanted to become a hands-on real estate agent and have the satisfaction of relationship-building with her clients. She loves spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her husband any chance she gets. She loves the outdoors, gardening, biking, basketball, decorating, crafts, and the beautiful Delaware Bay weather. Collena has the ability and resources to bring results to you and provide the excellent service and experience you deserve. Collena Hope further expanded her experiences into teaching in 2017 as an avenue to help others and allow them to deliver the same results as hers through The Hope Realty Institute of Delaware.
